CIVIX obtained a non-notified resource consent for a new 4-lot terraced housing development in the Scott Point Precinct of Hobsonville, designed by Ministry of Architecture + Interiors (www.ministry.nz). Engineering Plan Approval and associated engineering approvals are currently underway. Consent was approved quickly without the need for any further information under Section 92, leaving a very satisfied client.
