Civix has assisted its client by obtaining non-notified resource consent approval to three dwellings and subdivision at 247 Beach Road, Campbells Bay.
The dwellings are designed to a high architectural standard (Simon Pirie Architects), and the sites are enhanced with a landscape plan to achieve the best use of the site in the Residential - Single House Zone while also maintaining the character and amenity of the neighbourhood, as recognised in the reasons for approval to the application.
While this seems a straight forward proposal, there were several complexities involved due to the location near the cliff and the coast, and the presence of a large Pohutukawa tree located where development was required to establish a palisade wall.
We look forward to seeing these dwellings being constructed and delivering the new titles.
