Civix planners, engineers, and surveyors have recently assisted Green Development Ltd with the approval for 62 terrace units (mixture of 2 and 3 bedroom terraces in 11 different typologies) at 250, 250A and 252 Great North Road, Henderson.

Our team of planners, civil engineers, and surveyors, along with the rest of the project team worked through the resource consent process and resolved several planning, engineering and design matters along the way which culminated in the positive end outcome of delivering the approved consent on a non-notified basis even in light of the Wallace V Auckland Council decision.
