Civix planners, engineers, and surveyors have recently assisted Fletcher Living with approval for 112 dwellings including apartments with associated subdivision at 30 Clark Road, Hobsonville Point.

Also included in the application is the creation of a pocket park in the northern corner of the site at Hobsonville Road/Te Rito Road, and associated landscaping, roading, services and ancillary earthworks.
The development aligns with anticipated development of the site within Hobsonville Point Sub-precinct A within the TU8 Development Block within the ‘Te uru’ neighbourhood, and also development as set out in the Hobsonville Point Framework Plan.
The design process involved assessments and recommendations of the Hobsonville Urban Design Panel and the resulting design achieves exceptional architectural and landscape aesthetic and liveability outcomes as provided by Construkt Architects and Greenwood Associates Landscape Architects.
