CIVIX has obtained consent for 17 new terraced houses in the heart of Glendowie. The terraces are a mixture of 2 and 3 storeys within the Mixed Housing Suburban zone designed with bespoke architecture which reflects the high value neighbourhood. Council initially did not support the proposal which included units beyond the permitted height, however the application was granted non-notified by the Duty Commissioner. We look forward to seeing this development constructed for future residents to enjoy.
