Civix planners, engineers and surveyors recently obtained consent for a 21-unit terraced development in Albany. Working alongside OZAC Architects, consent was granted for a reduced esplanade reserve based on ecological inputs and improvements. Councils Parks Department supported the proposal, which included removal of previous stream piping and access. Looking forward to the development being completed and adding additional quality housing stock to the wider catchment.
