Civix planners, engineers and surveyors have obtained approval for a 16-unit terrace housing development on the Otahuhu Pennisula designed by OZAC Architects Limited.

A reduction in esplanade reserve was achieved post bank enhancement and planting works proposed along with the potential for a clear pedestrian/cycling link. The reduction facilitated an additional four units on site making the project economically viable.

We look forward to rolling out this development alongside Ozac next year.
