Boutique Westmere Apartment Development 

Civix recently gained approval for 6 residential units and 1 ground level retail/commercial space in a highly sought-after area of Westmere. The high-end development was designed by MATZ architects and will feature a range of different external finishing's to highlight the quality built form on a corner site. A height infringement was sought to facilitate two additional apartments and contribute to the overall viability of the project. We look forward to seeing this high quality mixed use building take shape and provide an alternative lock up and leave living option within the Westmere catchment.
