Civix has recently gained approval to construct 40 residential units within eight separate two and three storey buildings, including a range of dwelling sizes from one bedroom to five bedrooms.

The 40-unit development designed by Jessop Architects, in conjunction with Kainga Ora provided for a positive design outcome and includes a community garden and outdoor open space, a community room, along with secure bike storage, and extensive footpaths. Enhancements will also be made to adjacent Heron Park, with an extension of the public footpath network and native planting.

Civix Planners and Engineers, along with many other specialist consultants worked together and consent was granted on a non-notified basis. We are excited to see this development take place and provide a high-quality living opportunity.
