Civix Planners, engineers, and surveyors have recently obtained Resource Consent approval for the development of 19 terrace units designed by OZAC Architects at Highbury Street, Avondale.

The development will consist of:

• 19 dwellings in the form of 4 x blocks containing between 3-6 units per block.

• A variety of materials will be utilised including vertical timber boards, horizontal timber weatherboards, and brick veneer cladding; aluminum joinery; and long-run metal roofing resulting in a design that achieves an exceptional architectural aesthetic.
