Another Fast-track Approval for the Civix team!
Civix have successfully obtained consent for 59 dwellings in Stanmore Bay, via the Covid-19 Recovery Act fast-track process. The application sought intensification in the Single House Zone through an Integrated Residential Development, which included a community building, multi-use games space, reserve area, and nature-based playground.
The development designed by Paterson + Cullen + Archaus architects, includes a mixture of 2-4 bedroom duplex and terraced units, along with a considered landscaping design, which balances the character of the surrounding environment and the provision of high-quality residential living options.
The Civix team carried out consultation with iwi and neighbouring properties, including the Hibiscus Coast Community RSA, to ensure key concerns were met and addressed.
A great result for our multidisciplinary team of planners, civil engineers and surveyors, along with the rest of the project team. We look forward to seeing the development built.
