Civix is pleased to have obtained resource consent for 15 new terraced dwellings impressively designed by Chris Tate Architecture in the heart of Remuera.

The site presented with a unique opportunity to develop high end medium-density housing looking over a lush bush, and is within close proximity to the Newmarket Park, and walking distance to the Newmarket Train Station.

Our multidisciplinary team of planners, civil engineers and surveyors, along with the rest of the project team worked through the Council’s resource consent process and resolved a number of planning, engineering and design matters along the way which culminated in the positive end outcome of delivering the approved consent on a non-notified basis.
