Civix has recently obtained consent for a new mixed-use retail development at 250 - 252 Ponsonby Road. Located on a prominent corner site in the heart of the Ponsonby Town Centre, the development will positively contribute to the vitality of the area by replacing a surface parking lot with two attractive new buildings. Civix worked closely with Taylored Architects to achieve the design requirements of the Special Character Area (Business) and ensure the buildings were in keeping with the surrounding environment.
