Working alongside Creative Arch Ltd, our Civix project team recently completed the consenting, construction supervision and titling of this immaculate three-level dwelling, encompassing four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a series of spacious indoor and outdoor living zones, including a swimming pool. Built to the front of the site on its own 398m² freehold title, challenges related to the reconfiguration of the vehicular access and manoeuvring for both dwellings, retaining walls and earthworks to create a stepped building profile and tight servicing alignments. The now completed projected is a credit to all those involved, and reflects the high quality setting found in the wider area. Infill housing compatible with existing neighbourhood characteristics is fully envisaged by the Auckland Unitary Plan, and this is a perfect example of a desirable end outcome!
