We are extremely excited to join forces with Aedifice Property Group in their groundbreaking Kohe development, situated in the vibrant town of Pukekohe. CIVIX planners, engineers and surveyors have been involved since identifying the potential of the property for a private plan change.

This ambitious project is set to redefine residential living, introducing a captivating micro-community of over 700 homes infused with a multitude of sustainable initiatives. We are proud to share that we have submitted the necessary resource consent for the initial phases, which will encompass the construction of the first 200 homes with construction slated for completion in the latter half of 2025. We eagerly anticipate the transformation and growth of this exceptional development.

Civix obtained Earthworks consent in 2023 for Aedifice on their Pukekohe Project and thrilled to announce that the Project team has kicked off bulk earthworks and made significant progress so far. As we near completion of this phase, the site is shaping up as designed and setting the stage for the future rollout houses, infrastructure and green spaces.
