Civix planners, engineers and surveyors have assisted Aedifice Property Group in Fast Track Approval within 7 weeks of lodgement with the Environmental Protection Authority for a 418 residential Unit development along Scott Road in Hobsonville, to be known as Brickfields.

The development designed by BDG Architects provides for affordable housing options (in the Scott Point Precinct) with a mix of three storey walk up apartments, two- and three-bedroom terraced typologies along with a large new recreational reserve looking over the Limeburners Bay Coastline.

Our team of planners, civil engineers, and surveyors, along with the rest of the project team worked through the resource consent process and resolved several planning, engineering and design matters along the way which culminated in the positive end outcome of delivering the approved consent. In recognition of the site’s location in the MHU, MHS and the SHZ zones, the development has been carefully considered in terms of reaching a balance between respecting the scale and character of the surrounding environment, and the provision of high-quality residential living options in a safe and enjoyable environment.
