Civix obtained consent for a redevelopment of a clifftop property in Birkenhead Point that has some of the best views in Auckland back to the city and across the inner harbour. The design by Monk McKenzie architects makes the most of the views while providing for modern living over three levels in the Single House Zone with associated Character Overlay.
