CIVIX has recently obtained a non-complying subdivision consent for 16 freehold lots in Greenhithe subject to the Greenhithe Precinct. The site has a challenging topography with steep gradients and a stream along the back of the site. The Council decision maker recommended to notify and decline the consent however the duty commissioner disagreed with Council and ultimately consent was granted non-notified. A tremendous amount of work went into this consent with a great result to show.
