Another successful project! Civix recently obtained resource consent approval for thirty-four dwellings, across three adjacent sites within the Mixed House Zone. The development is split into six blocks and includes associated access and parking.

Civix, along with the rest of the project team successfully navigated the intensity issues that arose from the Wallace Decision, once again confirming why we are specialists in infill housing!

The architectural design of all new buildings, by OZAC Architects (www.ozac.co.nz/) includes a combination of vertical and horizontal exterior cladding, using contrasting light and dark shades to create external features and add visual interest.
