How nice is this! Civix recently gained consent for a dwelling and associated minor dwelling in the Countryside Living Zone in Whitford! Despite being non-complying under the NES-Freshwater, the wider project team successfully navigated the approvals process with Council. Designed by French Architecture, the development reflects modern living conditions, within a high-quality semi-rural setting. Complementing the proposal are private arena and stable facilities, which maintain the intended rural character and amenity. We look forward to seeing this development completed.
