What you will be valued for:

Passion – We love people who bring passion to work every day. We love what that means for their teammates, the business and ultimately the client. We get that it’s hard to be passionate every day, but we will really value people who bring that positive passionate mindset into our place.

Team Player – No-one is an island, and we all need a hand from time to time. We really value those who go out of their way to help their colleagues to get the work done. We are a team and that is how we like it. If you are an island, this role may not be for you.

Hardworking – Ask anyone who works here, we work hard. We are a small team, and we rely on each other a lot. There are no passengers at Civix.

Client focused - We really do put our clients first and go out of our way for them.  Without them none of us would be here. Sure, it means you need to put in the effort for them, but we believe we get it back 10-fold in loyalty and support.  We will always appreciate those who put the client first and deliver for them.

Organised - There is a lot to get done if you are going to achieve greatness. It helps if you seize the opportunities to get things done. Being organised is all about planning for the opportunities and capitalizing on them when they present themselves.  It is about follow-through, initiative and making sure things are done to the standard our clients expect.

Positive, can-do attitude - We love and value those people who say, “sure thing, let me give that a go” and then do it.  We love the buzz that attitude this brings.  You will always be appreciated for it – even if you don’t succeed.  We would far rather you gave it a crack with an upbeat approach than sit back and decide it is in the too hard basket.  We will review your performance regularly (at least quarterly and informally all the time). We will provide you with ample feedback, it’s a gift. Please be open to it and work with us to grow and learn and be better at working in the team. Salary reviews and performance reviews are separate at Civix, and we will review salary annually.

We look forward to welcoming a dedicated and talented professional to our team. If you are passionate about making a difference and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply and join us in shaping the future. Apply now and be a part of our dynamic and innovative team!
