Projectworks Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Projectworks Administrator within our team. You will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our project management system, Projectworks. Prior experience with Projectworks is not required, as the successful candidate will receive on-the-job training from an external trainer. However, a proactive attitude towards learning and mastering the system is essential, as you will need to take over full responsibility for its administration.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the functionalities of the Projectworks system through provided training and self-directed learning.

Act as the primary point of contact for Projectworks-related inquiries and support requests from team members.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring smooth operation.

Develop and maintain training materials for Projectworks users.

Handle invoicing processes including creating, processing, editing, reconciling, and invoice summaries.

Liaise with staff to clarify any uncertainties and find solutions.

Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor as this role involves interacting with staff and clients.

Assist in the implementation of best practices within the system.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Science or a related field.

Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn new systems.

General accounting knowledge and a minimum of 6 months of experience.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Proactive attitude towards self-directed learning and skill development.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Prior experience in project management or administration is advantageous but not required.

Eagerness to learn, as on-the-job Projectworks training will be provided by an external trainer.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with engineering workflows is a plus but not required.
