Scheme Plans are an integral part of any subdivision. They depict the proposed land tenure arrangement, and help ensure that all parties involved with the process are aware of their responsibilities and rights. The better prepared you are for any potential issues that may arise during construction and into the titling phase, the easier it will be for everyone involved to remain calm and focused on completing their tasks on time and on budget.
We understand the importance of Scheme Plans in the subdivision process, and our expertise in this area can help ensure a positive outcome. Whether you are looking at undertaking a multi-unit development or subdividing an additional section off of your existing property, we can help you take all of the steps necessary to make sure that your plans are in order and avoid potential pitfalls.
Civix's team are well versed in the preparation of Scheme Plans for various types of development. From 2 to 400-Lot freehold subdivisions through to complex staged unit title developments, our surveyors are adept at providing well-considered plans that present the optimal arrangement for your subdivision.
Our Scheme Plan services extend to cross lease conversions and flats plan updates.
